During the assembly a part breaks or damage, we will replace it free of charge as long as you purchased the model from our website.

Please Fill following information to bellow REPLACEMENT FORM

• Order number
• Model name
• Part number(s)
• Quantity needed
• Picture of the broken piece
• Picture of the location on the sheet
• Your name and shipping address

The replacement is FREE and will take 5-7 weeks.

However, for fast replacement you have to provide small shiping charges (3-5 working days).
