Return & Refund Policy

At FATHERSON, we are here to make you satisfied with our product and services want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items such as personalized products, perishable goods, or clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@fatherson.in with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions.
- special deal products cannot be returned.
3. Return Shipping Charges
We are not responssible for Return shipping costs it will be paid by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us, we will deal with it with no doubt. You need to provide below information to contact@fatherson.in

We will arrange replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But damage caused by customer will issue extra fee for replacement.
6. Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note: Orders have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
